Yes, I said vagina. Not once but three times. Why? Because the more you say it, the more comfortable you’ll feel with the word. Gaining comfort with your own body is a first step to placing value within yourself.
While vagina is considered an anatomical term, most people are uncomfortable with speaking the word and acknowledging the thoughts related to it. But why? The vagina has worth, importance, and should be valued. Caring for your vagina is caring for yourself.
How to Understand Your Vagina
Listen to it. No, seriously. Your vagina can communicate via discharges, odors, rashes, orgasms, aches, and more. Don’t be afraid to read your own body so you can be in control of knowing when your body needs a healthier approach or more support.
Be observant of what’s going on down there and reach out to those with the knowledge to guide you to a healthier you. A balanced and healthy body can produce a fulfilled and balanced well-being.
Why Does My Vagina Need Nurturing?
The vagina is an organ of the female reproductive system. As with all our bodily organs, the vagina’s health links together with your whole body’s mental, emotional, and physical health. When you care for your well-being as a whole, don’t leave out the vagina just because it’s not commonly spoken of.
